Dynamglow primarily organises open community cycling rides and publishes general informational content. Most of what we offer is free to take part in. From time to time we may make a paid item available, such as a printed route guide or a place on a structured programme. Where that is the case, the terms in this policy apply to those paid items.
2. Free community rides
Our open community meet-ups are free to join. Because no payment is taken to attend them, there is nothing to refund for participation. Any personal costs you incur on the day, such as refreshments at a café stop, are arranged directly between you and the relevant business and are outside our control.
3. Paid items
If we offer a paid item, we will describe clearly what it includes and what it costs before you commit. Examples might include:
- A printed or downloadable route guide.
- A place on a structured, multi-week riding programme.
- An educational resource prepared by us.

4. Cooling-off period
Where you buy a paid item as a consumer at a distance, you generally have a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days during which you may cancel for any reason. For downloadable digital content, the right to cancel may end once you have agreed that supply can begin and acknowledged that the cancellation right is lost; we will make this clear before you buy.

Where a refund is due, we aim to process it within 14 days of accepting your request, or within 14 days of receiving any returned goods. Refunds are normally made using the same payment method you used originally, unless we agree otherwise with you. We do not charge a fee for processing a valid refund.

Occasionally we may need to cancel a paid programme or session, for example due to weather, safety or circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel a paid item and cannot offer a suitable alternative that you accept, we will refund the amount you paid for the cancelled item in full.
8. Non-refundable situations
Some situations may limit a refund, to the extent permitted by law:
- Digital content you have begun to download or stream after waiving your cancellation right.
- Items made or personalised specifically to your request.
- Costs paid directly to third parties, such as café purchases, which are not ours to refund.
Even in these cases, your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed items are unaffected.

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under consumer protection law in the United Kingdom, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If a paid item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund regardless of the general terms set out here.
